Your company is top notch in customer service ..I just cant seem to get a resolution to my mouse issue and its been months :( I know theyre trying but I feel like if theyre just throwing down traps (which work rarely) that I couldve done that for 10bucks at the dollar store.. The poison isnt working... We are now seeing mice everywhere in the house.. I jave put all food in bins..im bleaching counters and floors.. I guess I'll have to do this on my own... Am I under contract? I do think you have a great company and I would rate you high..but something isnt working

It is still too early to tell if my problem has been resolved yet, because the traps and bait (for mice) were just set today. However, Jermaine was very pleasant and courteous. He answered all my questions and put me at ease with some of my concerns and seems to be very knowledgeable about the work he does.

It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I applied a liquid residual around the perimeter of the home focusing on the foundation line and thresholds. This will aid in the prevention and elimination of ants and various crawling insects that may try to enter the structure. I made sure to avoid any personal items as well as any flowering plants and edibles. I checked any interior and exterior rodent bait stations around the perimeter of the home. Heavy feeding on exterior. No feeding on interior replaced bait accordingly. The entire interior of the home needs a deep and thorough cleaning. There is food in various rooms that are rotting. This is acting as an opposing food source and the mice are not feeding on our bait. This needs to be corrected asap. I inspected for any possible entry points. Various gaps in the stonework of the foundation that need masonry repairs as well as overgrown shrubs need to cut back. Lastly, I removed any visible/reachable spider webs around the home. P
