Your company is top notch in customer service ..I just cant seem to get a resolution to my mouse issue and its been months :( I know theyre trying but I feel like if theyre just throwing down traps (which work rarely) that I couldve done that for 10bucks at the dollar store.. The poison isnt working... We are now seeing mice everywhere in the house.. I jave put all food in bins..im bleaching counters and floors.. I guess I'll have to do this on my own... Am I under contract? I do think you have a great company and I would rate you high..but something isnt working
It is still too early to tell if my problem has been resolved yet, because the traps and bait (for mice) were just set today. However, Jermaine was very pleasant and courteous. He answered all my questions and put me at ease with some of my concerns and seems to be very knowledgeable about the work he does.
Today we completed our complete initial pest treatment services. Extensive termite damage was seen in the kitchen and in the basement underneath the kitchen. Reinstall termite bait stations around the exterior of your home. We definitely recommend getting rid of some of the clutter if possible and also Removing the shrubs off the side of the home to make it easier for our treatment to take full effect. We set up mouse bait stations in the basement and in the kitchen under the sink. We also set up an exterior rodent bait station outside to help reduce the rodent population. We treated the exterior of your home with a liquid residual to help prevent ants, carpenter, bees, and general seasonal pests. I did notice trash around back that should be put away in containers to help prevent pest and rodent activity. I then knocked down any cobwebs and spiderwebs from windows, doors and eaves.
