Your company is top notch in customer service ..I just cant seem to get a resolution to my mouse issue and its been months :( I know theyre trying but I feel like if theyre just throwing down traps (which work rarely) that I couldve done that for 10bucks at the dollar store.. The poison isnt working... We are now seeing mice everywhere in the house.. I jave put all food in bins..im bleaching counters and floors.. I guess I'll have to do this on my own... Am I under contract? I do think you have a great company and I would rate you high..but something isnt working

It is still too early to tell if my problem has been resolved yet, because the traps and bait (for mice) were just set today. However, Jermaine was very pleasant and courteous. He answered all my questions and put me at ease with some of my concerns and seems to be very knowledgeable about the work he does.

Inside your home, I treated all the rooms along the baseboards with residual material, checked your glue traps and replace them as needed, and found no activity anywhere inside your home during this visit. Outside your home I removed the webs and spider activity as well as treated both front and rear of your home with residual material. I also checked and rebated your rear rodent station. Good afternoon, I treated the exterior perimeter of the property with a liquid residual treatment. I treated a few window in apartment 1 and the interior baseboards and window trim are apartments 2&3 with a different liquid residual treatment. These treatments will assist in controlling the pest activity. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment have its full effectiveness. I also checked the exterior & interior bait stations . All three exterior bait stations were empty and the interior bait in apartment 2 had no activity. I replenished the three exterior bait stations with fresh bait.
