Your company is top notch in customer service ..I just cant seem to get a resolution to my mouse issue and its been months :( I know theyre trying but I feel like if theyre just throwing down traps (which work rarely) that I couldve done that for 10bucks at the dollar store.. The poison isnt working... We are now seeing mice everywhere in the house.. I jave put all food in bins..im bleaching counters and floors.. I guess I'll have to do this on my own... Am I under contract? I do think you have a great company and I would rate you high..but something isnt working

It is still too early to tell if my problem has been resolved yet, because the traps and bait (for mice) were just set today. However, Jermaine was very pleasant and courteous. He answered all my questions and put me at ease with some of my concerns and seems to be very knowledgeable about the work he does.

I first started by inspecting the interior of your home for any rodent, termite, & insect activity, mouse activity was found & due to that I placed 6 interior bait stations in the basement & on the first floor. I then checked the exterior of your home for any termite activity which wasn’t found either , I installed 4 termite monitors on all 4 corners of your property & 2 exterior bait stations & then knocked down any Cobb webs & old wasp nest.
