Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I started off inspecting and replenishing all exterior bait stations around all barns and the main house. Heavy feeding in all stations, I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I then inspected all rodent bait stations in the basement. Moderate to heavy feeding in all stations. All bait was replenished. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Then I inspected all interior MBS and there was heavy rodent activity, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Next I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I inspected all five Exterior RBS and there was minimal activity, but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Please allow 10-14 days for the materials to take full affect. First I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Next, I inspected the two exterior termite monitors and there were no sign of termite activity found during today’s visit, but I installed two additional monitors to have a total of four around the property. Completed your quarterly pest control service
Good afternoon it was a pleasure meeting everyone, I completed your initial service. I inspected the exterior of the home and found multiple entrance ways for mice, using copper mesh, I blocked most of them. I inspected the interior of the home, including basement, attic, garage, kitchen, and bedroom. There were multiple holes that could be used for mice, most of which were blocked up with copper mesh. I placed bait stations inside the garage, attic, basement ceiling, and kitchen. On the outside of the house, there are two bigger bait stations. I treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. I also placed four termite monitors on the corners of the house to help monitor for termites. I would recommend expanding foam to fill-in the holes around the house that copper mesh could not fill.
