Good afternoon it was a pleasure meeting everyone, I completed your initial service. I inspected the exterior of the home and found multiple entrance ways for mice, using copper mesh, I blocked most of them. I inspected the interior of the home, including basement, attic, garage, kitchen, and bedroom. There were multiple holes that could be used for mice, most of which were blocked up with copper mesh. I placed bait stations inside the garage, attic, basement ceiling, and kitchen. On the outside of the house, there are two bigger bait stations. I treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. I also placed four termite monitors on the corners of the house to help monitor for termites. I would recommend expanding foam to fill-in the holes around the house that copper mesh could not fill. I inspected all exterior bait stations which all speed minimal to major activity, but all three were replenished with fresh bait. I also inspected your interior bait stations, which all showed no activity, but were also replenished with fresh bait. I removed a dead mouse from the computer room. I removed all old glue boards and replaced them with fresh ones. Finally, I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the foundation of your establishment targeting all general pest.
