I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I checked the exterior rodent bait stations and found heavy activity. I checked the 2 interior rodent bait stations in the garage and found light activity. I replaced all of the bait. It is recommended to cut back all vegetation in direct contact with (or close proximity to) the house at least 12 inches. This will help prevent pests from entering your home. Today I completed your one time service. I first started by inspecting the interior and putting tape over the soft spot above the kitchen window to help prevent Yellowjackets from getting inside. I then treated the exterior hole above the kitchen window and along the foundation of the garage where the other Yellowjacket nest is with a liquid residual to help prevent Yellowjacket activity. Today I applied a liquid residual treatment around the exterior perimeter of the main house and guest house. I also installed rodent bait devices throughout the interior of the basement of the main house and guesthouse.
