Good morning Robert. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We address your concerns of live ant activity in the laundry room area. We added some ant gel bait in that area. We did recommend moving the dog food/water to another location until activity ceases to allow bait to be the only food source available. No other structural pest issues reported or found on the interior of the home. Then we inspected the exterior of the home and removed some old paper wasp nests from around the perimeter. No new paper wasp activity found at the time of inspection. We treated the exterior perimeter with a liquid residual insecticide to help control ants and other surface crawling insects. We performed a termite inspection to find no termite activity along with placing termite monitors around the corners of the home. We were returning approximately 30 days to perform your first quarterly service. Please allow one to two weeks for these treatment methods to reach their maximum effectiven

We also treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual insecticide to help surface crawling insects. Hi, good morning, sorry I missed you today. Today I completed your premium plus service. I checked the termite monitors, they show no signs of activity. I noticed hornets nesting in a hole in the ground to the left side of the front porch, I sprayed a non-repellent solution into the nest and the surrounding area, please allow a week for hornet activity to dissipate. I also sprayed a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of your home to target ants, spiders, centipedes, beetles, and other general pest. I checked the exterior rodent bait station, it showed heavy activity, I replaced it with fresh bait. Please allow 7 to 10 days for the results of this treatment. Today I applied a liquid residual treatment around the exterior perimeter of your home for ants and other insects. I also installed two interior rodent bait devices in the attic spaces, two devices in the garage, and two devices in the basement. I installed one exterior rodent bait device on the side of the home by the air conditioning unit. I treated and removed multiple wasp nests from the rear of the garage.
