Good morning. Today we completed your first quarterly pest control service. First, we inspected the exterior of your home and removed any visible cobwebs from entryways. We removed a small bald-faced hornets nest from the rear soffit area. We also checked termite monitoring devices to find no activity. Next we treated the exterior of your home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pests. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any treatments to reach maximum effect. We do recommend trimming any vegetation that is touching the foundation/siding back 12-24” from the house to help control pest activity. Good afternoon Mia. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We inspected the interior of the home. We added a mouse bait station above the washer and dryer along the sill plate to help control any rodent activity. No ant activity at the time of inspection on the interior. Then we inspected the exterior of the home and added three exterior rodent bait stations around the home along with two mouse bait stations in the garage. These will help control and monitor any activity. We treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control ants and other surface crawling insects. Please allow one to two weeks for any treatment methods to reach their maximum effectiveness. We will return in approximately 30 days to perform your first quarterly service. Good morning Robert. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We address your concerns of live ant activity in the laundry room area. We added some ant gel bait in that area. We did recommend moving the dog food/water to another location until activity ceases to allow bait to be the only food source available. No other structural pest issues reported or found on the interior of the home. Then we inspected the exterior of the home and removed some old paper wasp nests from around the perimeter. No new paper wasp activity found at the time of inspection. We treated the exterior perimeter with a liquid residual insecticide to help control ants and other surface crawling insects. We performed a termite inspection to find no termite activity along with placing termite monitors around the corners of the home. We were returning approximately 30 days to perform your first quarterly service. Please allow one to two weeks for these treatment methods to reach their maximum effectiven
