Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. Today’s targeted issue is with carpenter ants. Upon arrival you mentioned seeing carpenter ants on the interior near your front t door mainly. I applied gel bait under the threshold trim and around the door frame in the cracks. I also applied bait in the cracks and crevices around the sliding back door as well. On the exterior. I inspected for termites. I’m happy to report no termite activity at this time. I o stalled termite monitors at all four corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I applied an ant granular bait by the steps near the front door in the soil. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Finally, I removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows.
