Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial premium plus pest control service. I sent a text when I was on my way. When I arrived you informed me you were not home. I focused on the exterior today. You mentioned yellow jacket nest in the ground in the back yard. I started off inspecting the exterior. I saw numerous cracks along the foundation station that can potentially be entry points for mice. I recommend having a precessional contractor seal off all openings. I then inspected for termites. I’m happy to report, no termite activity at this time. I installed termite monitors at all 4 corners of the home. We will inspect these every quarterly visit. I applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. I also spot treated the ground nest in the back yard. Also, I believe there is another nest under the deck on the side. I applied a treatment to that nest as well. Please avoid the area for a few days. The yellow jackets are agitated
