Good afternoon Amber. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed the yellow jacket breach in the bedroom. We treated the breach hole with a residual insecticide along with sealing it up to prevent any more yellow jackets from entering the bedroom. We then knocked down any live yellow jackets in the bedroom and remove them. We treated the exterior entry point with a liquid residual insecticide that these yellow jackets will crawl back-and-forth through and circulate through the hive. This treatment may take 7 to 10 days to totally eliminate activity. If yellowjacket activity persists after that timeframe, please contact the office. Then we treated the exterior foundation with a liquid residual insecticide to help control surface crawling insects. We did notice the former companies exterior rodent bait stations around the foundation. No evidence of mouse or rat activity found on the interior or exterior at the time of inspection.
