It was great to speak with you both today before I got started with your one time service for bees. First, I inspected the exterior of the home notice and yellow jacket entry at the corner of the vinyl siding. Where the entryway point is is allowing access for bees to be in the middle of the floor and the ceiling. The Joyce Bay along this wall has a light can in the kitchen and a vent bay upstairs in the bedroom, which is giving them easier access to getting into the rooms if need be. I do recommenddropping the temperature as cold as you can in the home to slow down aggressive activity. And possibly tape a 1 gallon baggie or plastic over the light in the kitchen and one over the vent in the bedroom. The bedroom could probably just get a regular plastic bag tucked in the great and just push back down into the floor. Please be mindful this activity could take up to a week or so to control. I will set up a service cal to come back and possibly retreat this corner entry. Thank you for choo
