Good afternoon it was a pleasure speaking with you today. I completed your premium pest control quarterly service. You reported a mouse in a snap trap in the basement. I inspected all the interior stations and traps. There was absolutely no activity except for the one that was in the snap trap. I removed it and re-baited the trap. I maintain the exterior rodent stations. They also had no activity. I replaced the bait in the exterior stations. I visually inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. None were found. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for the control of seasonal insects. Please allow 14 days to see the best results.
