Hello, today I was here for your initial service. I placed a gel bait station on your kitchen countertop and upstairs window sill targeting ants. I applied a liquid residual throughout the interior perimeter of your home( except daughters room) targeting ants. I placed four termite monitors around the corners of your home to monitor termite activity. I knocked down any visible cobwebs from the exterior of your home. I applied a liquid residual throughout the exterior foundation of your home including doors and windows targeting ants and other general pests. Please allow 10-14 days for the product to take effect. Hello! Today I was here for your quarterly pest service. First I inspected all interior MBS and there were no signs of rodent activity but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. Then I performed a visual inspection while removing all cobwebs from around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves, and no pest issues were noticed during today's service. Then I performed a liquid treatment around the exterior of the property, windows, doorways, and underneath the eaves as a preventative for all general pests. Last I inspected all exterior RBS and there was medium rodent activity in all stations but I placed fresh bait in all stations as needed. On today’s visit, I began by treating the upstairs apartment in the kitchen, bathrooms and interior. There was heavy roach activity. I applied roach gel bait to areas of kitchen where I could not liquid treat and I applied a liquid application to baseboards and inside cabinets that were prepped. The roach gel, combined with the liquid product should be complimentary to a comprehensive treatment. I applied the same treatments to first floor. The first floor had a little less activity on glue boards. After this, I inspected the exterior. You mentioned that the upstairs tenants throw rodenticide out of their windows to treat for the rats and mice in the backyard. You must tell them that they are in violation of NJDEP regulations and there could be a fine if it continues. There were dead rats on lawn in backyard and also in front of house. I placed termite monitors around the house and exterior rodent bait stations to help control rodent populations on the exterior. I then applied a liquid
On today’s visit, I installed 4 termite monitors around the house. I then took down spider webs and placed 2 rodent bait stations on the exterior. After this I treated basement and exterior foundation with a liquid application. I placed 5 mouse bait stations in basement to monitor rodent activity. After this, I plugged holes by A/C units with copper mesh, so that there are no intrusion points for mice. I recommend sealing these professionally. On today’s visit I inspected and treated interior and exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors of structure, as a treatment against insect activity. Additionally I added a mouse bait station in kitchen and an exterior rodent bait station on right side of house. Also, removed all visible spider webs around home.
