I inspected the exterior rodent bait stations and they showed moderate activity, I replaced with fresh bait. I applied a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation to target ants and other general pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for the results of this treatment. We do recommend continuing to run that dehumidifier in the basement to help control moisture insects (centipedes, spiders, crickets, etc.). Good morning Shyanne. Today we completed your initial pest control service. We addressed your concerns of bees/wasps on the interior. We inspected the attic and interior areas to find no nests or live activity at the time of service. These could’ve been over wintering wasps that awoke and are trying to get outside. We did notice the bathroom exhaust fan vent tube was detached from the roof in the attic which could be allowing pests entry to the attic. We recommend repairing that vent tube. No other structural pest issues reported or found on the interior. Then we inspected the exterior of the home to find no stinging insect nests around the perimeter, however, we did find some ant activity on the front porch area. We treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control ants and other surface crawling insects.
