Good morning. Today I performed your initial pest control service. I did a thorough inspection especially for termites, no signs of current or previous activity or damage. Installed termite monitors on the corners of the house. Removed any webs and treated the entire exterior perimeter of the home and shed with a liquid residual for ants, spiders and wasp control. On the interior I treated the garage and basement where accessible for spiders, centipedes as well as seasonal pests. Set up glue boards in the garage and basement as well as the crawlspace. No other issues found. Please allow a few days for products to be effective. Report if any activity continues after two weeks. It was a pleasure speaking with you today! Today I placed (21) Sentricon termite bait stations around the exterior perimeter of the home. This will aid in the elimination and of any current or future termite colonies that may infest the home. It may take 90 days from the start of feeding to eliminate a termite colony. Swarming during this period may happen and should be expected. I would recommend removing personal items away from interior garage walls for a more thorough inspection.
