Service was great but I did not authorize autopay on my card

Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I knocked on the door but no one answered. I started off inspecting the exterior. There is vegetation touching the front part of the home. Also there is large piles of leaves touching the house of the left side of the home. I recommend trimming back the vegetation and raking back the leaves. These are conducive condition for rodents and insects. I then applied a liquid application to the exterior foundation ration to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Finally, I removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect. Thank you for choosing green pest solutions.
Good morning David. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. Todays targeted issue is with mice issue in apartment #303. I spoke with tenant upon arrival. She mentioned seeing mice droppings along her kitchen counter. I started off inspecting the kitchen. I noticed some droppings under the kitchen sink in the cabinet. I placed a rodent bait station where the evidence was. Tenant was unable to move the stove out where she saw a mouse run behind previously. You mentioned your maintenance manager will be here in the afternoon. I left a rodent bait station to be put behind the stove once he moves it out. I then I placed a bait station next to the washer and drier cause tenant heard activity in there. On the exterior, I didn’t find any issues around the foundation of where I could access. I placed a rodent bait station on the side of the building where the utility lines enter the building. No other issues to report. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our protects to take effect.
