Good afternoon. Today I completed your initial Premium plus pest control service. You mentioned you left the key to the door under the water bucket out back of the house, I let my self in. I started off in the basement. Since you were a previous customer of ours all our bait stations were in the basement still. I inspected all MBS mice stations and our RBS mice/rat station. All stations had heavy feeding. I replenished all bait. I didn’t find any new evidence of fresh mice droppings at this time. All bed rooms, and kitchen had no issues at this time. On the exterior, I see the bilco door is missing, I recommend replacing that to keep insects and rodents out of the home. Two termite monitors were missing so I replaced them. The other two monitors had no activity at this time. I did see a ground yellow jacket nest next to the wood pile near the AC unit. I applied a liquid treatment to the nest. Good morning. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I started off inspecting the basement. I inspected and replaced all existing glue boards. Cave cricket and spider activity at this time. I then applied granular bait in the unfinished closet spaces for cave crickets. I applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter of the basement including closets. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter of the garage as well. On the exterior, both rodent bait stations had moderate feeding at this time. I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation. I avoided treating on the deck by request. Finally, I removed all visible cobwebs from all doors and windows. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to take effect.
