I missed you today during your initial inspection/service however, with the home being renovated, I was able to do a full inspection throughout the home and speaking with the contractors. They didn’t see any signs of rodent nests upstairs in the upper parts, which is a great sign however I did do a full inspection in the crawlspace areas as well as the exterior. Due to a lot of the walls being open and major construction going on inside it’s probably not beneficial put any rodent control inside for we’re basically just inviting them in to controlling them. However, I did install three large exterior units around areas of concern. Your number one entryway points into the home are your vents into the crawlspace as well as the garage door. I did install four small rodent units inside the home some in the crawlspace and in the garage to minimize activity that may be hiding in these areas.
