This product will help control both existing and potential termite activity. Within approximately 90 days of the termites feeding on the bait the entire colony will be eliminated. Please be aware that swarming is still possible and normal. There is no need to spray chemicals on them. A simple home vacuum will easily remove any swarmers. It is recommended to cut back any vegetation touching or close to the house and remove excess storage items from against the foundation. Addressing these issues will help prevent pests from entering your house. I treated the openings in the hand railing on the steps at the right side of the house for carpenter bees.
