We've been with Green Pest for a year. At first had 2 different guys come out a few times - both very good, knowledgeable, and personable. They were guys I could gain some good knowledge from and have good conversations with. To my surprise, someone new came today. Johnny intriduced himself and I'll be damned if we weren't lucky enough to go 3 for 3 - Johnny was just as knowledgeable and personable as those before him. I'll admit there was a customer service representative that was not so pleasant with my wife over the phone. But a supervisor soon contacted us and resolved the issue with the prior rep, which I appreciated. I appreciate that Green Pest hires and utilizes such great staff and provides the customer service that they have, despite the prior issue over the phone. The way people interact and talk with a customer makes all the difference, and so far you guys are making a difference. Keep it up. Please pass my best wishes to Sam. And Johnny I'll see you in July.
