Hello! Today I completed your annual termite inspection.I started on the interior of the home in the basement. I inspected around the wooden beams and into the crawl. On the exterior of the home I checked through mulching, under paving stones/items, wood to ground contact, and under the siding around the perimeter of the home. I did not see any signs of recent or live termite activity at this time. I would recommend trying to clear up some of the dead leaf matter and weeds along the right side of the home as decaying organic material can be a huge draw for wood, destroying insects and other pests.
