I applied a non repellent solution around the perimeter of your home at the foundation level as well as the windows and doors targeting general pests including ants and spiders. Please allow 2 weeks for optimal results with this treatment. I also checked the termite monitors (I had a replace one of them due to damage/missing) and found no activity at this time. I found openings at the bottom corners of the garage doors. I found rotten timber at the back of the house. Addressing this issue will help prevent pests from entering your home.
