Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I knocked on the door but no one answered today. I started off inspecting the exterior. No issues to report at this time. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control ants and other seasonal pests. Please allow 10 to 14 days for our products to Take effect. On todays visit I inspected and treated exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors as a preventative measure against pest activity. Additionally I replenished all exterior rodent bait stations (moderate feeding). Please allow 2 to 3 hours dry time for liquid applications and 10 to 14 days for treatment to take full effect. Heavy feeding at this time. All the bait was gone. I replenished all the bait. I then applied a liquid repellent treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests.
