We don't have a revolving door of technicians every quarter; we have Dave, the same guy that's been coming for about a year, now. He's here on time, he's always upbeat and friendly, and he's very thorough. He doesn't come in bellyaching about the latest political THING; he's here to spray our property and that's exactly what he does. I find that professionalism extremely refreshing. He's also pointed out when he sprays inside that we should let the product dry before we let the dogs around it. That's also important. We first started doing business with this company when we lived in a wooded development. We're in town now and probably don't need them as much. Thanks to Dave, we don't see thousand leggers or stink bugs, and I sure don't mind that.

I deal with Green Pest Solutions because they take particular interest in protecting our dogs when they service our property. Martin tells me to let the chemicals dry about 30 minutes before going out, and nobody else has ever done that. Our pets are family, so that's extremely important to us. I also like that the same person comes every time. If there's a constant rotatation of employees, that's an indication to me that something might be wrong with management, the company, or both. In our case, Martin is the technician, and he's a great guy. Very professional. Takes time to answer questions instead of acting like he's in a hurry to get to the next place.

Good afternoon Regina. Today we performed your quarterly pest control service. We addressed the ant issue on the interior of the home. We added gel bait throughout the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Live activity was found in the kitchen area. We inspected the exterior of the home and a few ant trails were found on the exterior rear of the home. We added some Niban insect granular to the soil where live activity was found. We will have to reschedule the exterior liquid residual insecticide treatment due to poor weather. However, I did perform an exterior inspection of the home this service and found no structural pest activity at the time of inspection.
