Today I applied a liquid residual treatment around the exterior perimeter of your home for ants and other insects. I also installed exterior rodent bait device in the crawlspace, one interior bait device under the stove, and two exterior bait devices on the outside of the home. I installed four termite monitoring devices around the outside of the home. Please allow two weeks for a treatment to be effective. Hi, good afternoon, sorry I missed you today. Today I completed your quarterly service. I checked your exterior rodent bait station, it showed moderate activity, I replaced it with fresh bait. I sprayed a non-repellent solution around the exterior foundation of your home to target ants, spiders, centipedes, beetles, and other general pest.
