Johnny arrived this morning to complete our service and did a fantastic job. He gave us advanced notice that he was arriving, completed the full service, and gave a thorough update on what was completed as well as an update on what he saw as far as rodent traps and outdoor insects. Good afternoon today I completed your Premium plus pest Control quarterly service. You reported that you haven’t seen any mice since the last sighting before the first service. I inspected the interior rodent stations. They had no activity. They now are preventative. I inspected the exterior rodent station. It also had mo activity. I inspected the termite monitors and they had no signs of termites. I dusted the home exterior for any visible cobwebs. I inspected the exterior for possible pest entry points. No new ones and the original was filled with copper mesh. I treated the exterior of the home with a liquid residual for the control of seasonal insects. Please allow 14 days to see the best results. I placed two exterior rodent control devices on each side of your home to monitor rodent activity. I placed 6 bait stations in your home. 2 in garage, 3 in basement area and 1 in the laundry room to monitor rodent activity.
