I first started by inspecting the interior for your home for any rodent & insect activity, A decent amount mouse activity was present on first floor & basement, there were also fruit flies throughout the house. I added 9 interior bait stations 3 being in the basement & 4 on the first floor & two in the garage, I also added 2 exterior bait stations 1 on the side of your house & 1 in the rear. Then, I did an exterior inspection I knocked down any Cobb webs & old wasp nest then applied a liquid different liquid application around exterior foundations, doors, windowsills, and under siding. This application will help to control any ants and spring/summer invaders. I also treated all the drains in your house for the fruit flies, Please allow 2 weeks for full effect of both treatments. Good afternoon. It was nice meeting you today. Your initial pest service was completed this afternoon. I inspected the interior and exterior and found no signs of termite activity. I applied roach gel bait to cracks and crevices in the kitchen for roach control. I placed 4 small mouse bait stations in the kitchen and living room to mitigate mouse activity. I placed glue monitors in the kitchen to help determine how the treatment is going, which direction they’re coming from and the various stages of development they are at. I applied a non repellent liquid residual treatment to cracks and crevices and the areas roaches travel to mitigate roaches. I placed an exterior bait station for rodent activity in the back. A different liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation,the bottoms of windows and doors for general and seasonal pest control.
