Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today. I completed your initial pest control service today. Inspected interior and exterior. First I treated interior with liquid residual for fleas. Removed any cobwebs from around your house. I treated exterior perimeter, around windows and doors with liquid residual for spiders, general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for full effect. Also inspected for termites and found no activity at this time. Added 4 termite monitoring stations to exterior. Good afternoon, I completed your quarterly service today. Staff reported no issues on the interior. Happy to hear the millipede issue has been resolved! I refreshed the bait in all exterior rodent bait stations. There was overall light activity at this time; heaviest activity was found in the stations to the left side of the building towards the wooded area. I then treated the exterior perimeter and around the doors of the building with a liquid residual for general and seasonal pest activity. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect. I recommend trimming back any vegetation in direct contact with the house to at least a foot away, as this will help to prevent pest activity.
