Hello, it was good to meet you today. I completed your initial service. I inspected the interior and found heavy roach activity in the kitchen. I did not find any signs of rodents or termites. I applied a liquid treatment to the empty cabinets and placed a gel bait in the cracks and crevices. I also installed termite monitors at each corner of the house. As requested I did not treat for spiders, I did remove a couple of wasp nests from the eaves. I will have the office set up a follow up in about two weeks to retreat and inspect the kitchen.
