Hello it was nice speaking with you today. I completed your initial service. I applied a liquid residual and removed the bald faced hornets nest in the tree. Hornets were also along the fence surrounding the pool, so I treated the areas of interest with an aerosol. You mentioned carpenter ants in the garage so I applied a liquid treatment to the areas reported. Around the home, I installed termite monitors that we’ll continue to monitor with each visit. I also applied a liquid treatment to the perimeter foundation of the home targeting ants and other general pests. Please allow one to two weeks for treatment to take effect. I also placed gel bait in the crevices behind the bathroom counter. I added four small bait stations to the basement where droppings were reported to be found. On the exterior, I swept away any cobwebs I saw. I inspected for any gaps around the exterior and stuffed those I could with copper mesh. I added a large rodent bait station to the exterior as well for control.
