Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I applied a residual solution to baseboards in kitchen, bathrooms, basement, laundry room, bedrooms, office and family rooms. I applied a different liquid solution to the exterior foundation, doorways, windows and deck. Targeting ants, centipedes and other general pests trying to enter your home. I inspected your basement for any new rodent activity, and most of the evidence was old. I noticed newer activity under the basement stairs and along the sill plate above the shelving of the storage area. I placed a bait station under the steps and also a snap trap. I also placed a bait station along the sill plate above the shelving in the storage area along with a snap trap. I checked the mouse bait stations along the sill plate in the basement above the water heater showed no activity, in the back right corner showed minimal activity and the front left corner showed no activity. Hello. Today was a quarterly service. I left you ant gel baited stations to place in kitchen cabinets, counter or where ants trail or are heavily active ( we apply liquid treatment to baseboards per your request). Exterior was treated with a liquid residual insecticide for ants and general pests. Exterior rodent bait had heavy activity and was replaced. Best results take effect in two weeks. I also brushed out some cobwebs to help prevent any spiders activities.
