Hello! Today I did your regularly scheduled quarterly service. I swept the eaves, doorways, and windowsills, knocking down spider webs and egg sacs. I treated the foundation, doorways, and window trims with a liquid solution to prevent entry from any unwanted pests. I checked the rodent bait stations and found moderate activity. I replaced the bait accordingly. Please give 2 weeks for the treatment to fully take effect. Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I started by inspecting around the kitchen and behind the refrigerator. I found several ants crawling around under the refrigerator. It looks like they are crawling into the gaps of the wood. I placed a drop of ant gel in this area to help control the ants. Next, I inspected the upstairs bathroom and found a lonely ant crawling around. I placed another small drop of ant gel in the corner next to the toilet. I then inspected around the garage and did not find any signs of pests aside from some spiders. I also inspected around the basement, including the unfinished portion of the basement. No major issues were seen here either. I then treated the interior of the home around these areas with a liquid residual for ants and other general pests. During my exterior inspection, I found some ant activity on the back patio. I did a spot treatment on the back patio to help knock down the ant numbers. There were no other issues outside at this
Good morning. I just completed your quarterly pest service in the exterior perimeter and windows and doors with a liquid residual insect control. I also knocked down cobwebs to help reduce spiders and I refilled exterior bait stations and mbs stations in the garage. All showed signs of activity. Thank you and give two weeks for results.
