Today I performed your pest initial service. I dusted for cobwebs around doors and windows. I inspected the interior and exterior for pest activity and conducive conditions. I placed a large rodent bait station by the A/C unit and another by the garage door where the gap is. I recommend filling the cracks next to the window by A/C unit, getting a vent cover for the pipe. Also removing compost from the ground and putting it in a metal trash can with a lid. I also recommend removing or putting bird feeder 50ft away from home. I applied a non-repellent liquid solution around the foundation of your home doors and windows especially around the windows per your request targeting ants, spiders and other general pest this time of year. I also inspected your exterior rodent control device it had some activity I added fresh bait to it please allow 7 to 10 days For the best results of this treatment. I also inspected around the foundation of your home especially from the ground level for any possible rodents entrances but I have not seen any.
