Completed your quarterly pest control service
Good afternoon. It was a pleasure speaking with you today. Your initial pest control service was completed this afternoon. I inspected the interior exterior for any signs of termite activity and found none at this time. I also inspected for any exterior penetrations and we spoke about the ones that I’ve sealed up with copper mesh. I placed six snap traps and one glue trap in the kitchen area and the dining room area in cardboard tunnels for mouse activity. I placed six interior bait stations for in the basement and two in the Kitchen to help mitigate mouse activity. I placed two exterior bait stations to help mitigate rodent activity. A liquid residual treatment was applied to the exterior foundation, the bottoms of windows, the bottom of the deck and the doorways of the home for general and seasonal pest control. Good afternoon I completed your initial service today. I inspected the first floor apartment. I checked around the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen. I found several spots that had mice droppings. I placed a small bait station in the kitchen and one in the basement. In the second floor apartment, I found two holes in the floor one in the bedroom and one in the living room. I use copper mesh to block these holes up. I placed a small bait station next to the refrigerator and next to the washer. I also placed two large bait stations outside, one in the front of the building and one in the back of the building. I would highly recommend getting spray foam to block up the holes that I am not able to do. There are a lot of holes in the basement that need to be filled with expanding foam. I showed the tenant and he knows where to look. There are holes in the second floor apartment that need filling as well primarily behind the oven and behind the washer dryer.
