Good afternoon, it was nice meeting you today! I completed your quarterly service today. I swept away any cobwebs I saw on the exterior. I then treated the exterior perimeter of the home, as well as around doors and windows, with a liquid residual for general and seasonal pest activity. This includes boxelder bugs, of which heavy activity was noted on the exterior at this time. I also spot-treated carpenter bee holes in the eaves of the house. Please allow two to three weeks for full effect of treatments applied today. I recommend trimming back any vegetation in direct contact with the house to at least a foot away, as this will help to prevent pest activity. I also noticed some of your window screens are either bent or broken, allowing boxelders to crawl in. I recommend repairing/replacing these as needed to help prevent activity within the home. Today I applied a liquid residual treatment around the exterior perimeter of the building for general insect control. I also applied a liquid residual treatment throughout the interior of the kitchen and unit one as well as inspecting all cabinets and drawers. I applied a liquid residual treatment throughout the entire interior of unit two and applied a roach gel in kitchen cabinets and behind the refrigerator. I inspected and service one exterior rodent bait device and minimal activity was noted at this time. Please allow two weeks for treatment to be effective. Good morning it was nice meeting you, I completed your initial service today. I inspected the exterior of the home and found several entranceway that rodents and other insects could use. I blocked some of the smaller entrances with copper mesh. However, there are still some openings that I cannot take care of. The biggest issue I found was the door leading into the basement, there is a good sized gap around the door. I inspected the interior of apartment one and found a little activity. I treated around the entirety of the apartment with a liquid residual for cockroaches and other general pest, i also placed a roach station on top of the refrigerator. In apartment two I inspected around the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and bedrooms. The kitchen is the most active spot. I treated around the entire apartment with a liquid residual for the cockroaches, as well as any other general pests. I also placed roach bait stations as well as roach gel.
