There is vegetation touching the front left side of the house. That is conducive for pests to enter the home. Recommend trimming it back at least one foot. Next I checked the termite monitors. Happy to report no termite activity at this time. Finally, I applied a liquid repellent treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests.
