On todays visit I inspected and treated interior and exterior. Applied liquid application along exterior foundation as well as around windows and doors as a preventative measure against pest activity. Additionally I added a rodent bait station near the utility area on exterior; where I found 3 potential entry points. The window by front door and the hole where utility lines enter house. I recommend sealing all windows so that the insulation isn’t showing and also to seal the hole by utility area. The basement windows in backyard could also be entry points, along with under the area by sliding doors where old wood is. I set 3 snap traps in house to test my theory. I am having the office reach out about a 2 week follow up for mice. Please allow 2 to 3 hours dry time for liquid applications and 10 to 14 days for treatment to take full effect.
