Hello! Today I performed your quarterly pest service. I started in the basement checking rodent bait stations. Only one station showed very minimal signs of activity, Regardless I left all of the stations in their places. On the exterior I brushed down any spiderwebs and inspecting the exterior of the home. There are two rodent bait stations on the exterior, neither which showed signs of activity at this time. I then treated the perimeter foundation of the home with a liquid residual product for General pest control. I lastly added a granular Product in the mulching along the rosebeds to deter pest activity. I did not note any pest activity at this time and the exterior of the home as well as landscaping looked to be in good condition. The holes that Johnny noted on a previous visit have been repaired.
