Hello! Today I was here for your premium pest service. I started on the interior of the home checking rodent bait stations and traps throughout the basement. Most of the rodent bait stations showed minimal feeding but the bait was older, so I made sure to refresh it. The dead rodent on the floor was a shrew. They typically do not find their way indoors and aren’t considered an indoor pest, but it can happen, especially in unfinished or older basements. On the outside I inspected the exterior of the home, maintained rodent bait stations, and brushed down accessible spiderwebs. I then treated around the perimeter foundation of the home with a liquid residual product for general pest control. I did not note any issues at this time.
