Hello! Today I performed your quarterly premium pest service. I started on the interior, checking and maintaining the rodent bait stations in the home and garage. There were no signs of activity in the interior stations at this time. I maintained exterior rodent bait stations, brushed down spider webs, and inspected the exterior of the home. I then treated the perimeter foundation of the home with a liquid residual product for General pest control. Exterior stations showed signs of activity, however, this is not alarming or unusual.
