Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I sent a text to you when I was on my way. When I arrived I knocked on the door but no one answered today. I started off inspecting the exterior. I noticed a lot of trash bags stacked on the right side of the house against the foundation. This is blocking our rodent bait stations but also conducive conditions for rodents and other pests. I also noticed rat droppings in this area as well. There is also debris stacked on the left side of the house as well. Highly recommend moving all the trash away from the house as soon as possible. All exterior bait stations had heavy feeding. I replenished all bait. I then applied a liquid repellent treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests. I’m then removed all visible cobwebs from doors and windows.
