I have had Green Pest for a couple of years and always had great service. Today my service was ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I have two miniature doxies and one of them was not feeling well and needed to go to the vet. I packed them in my car and was ready to leave when I saw Greenpest pull up. I got out of my car to speak with our tech Johnny Melendez and when I returned to my vehicle the doors were locked. The puppies must have stepped on the door lock with the engine running and my phone, purse and house keys locked in. Right away I panicked, my husband works more than a half hour away and I was not sure the air was on in my car and I didn’t know what to do. Johnny right away offered his phone so I could call my husband and continued to try and help me get into my car. With persistence and patience , Johnny was able to get the puppies to step on the unlock button and allow me access to my running vehicle with my puppies inside. He not only saved my puppies but he saved my husband from missing a day of work and I was able to make my vet appointment on time and get the care needed for my one pup who was not feeling well. I cannot thank Johnny enough for his kindness in taking the time out of his busy day to stay with me and help me. Green pest is truly blessed to have such an amazing, caring young man as Johnny Melendez working for them!!
