Good Morning, Nice meeting you today. Quarterly Serviced was performed today. Today I inspected/replaced bait in bait stations on interior and exterior. Interior stations had minimal to no activity(except for the garage had moderate feeding). Exterior bait stations had moderate- heavy feeding. I did also treat for ants in the kitchen area. Webs were taken down around the home accordingly. A liquid treatment was applied you exterior to help prevent pest entry. Please allow up to 14 days for treatments to take effect. Have a great day.
