I originally called a ‘big name’ pest control company, & I immediately felt like it was just a sales call when I spoke with them. Long story short I felt pressured to schedule a visit with them. Shortly afterwards I called Green Pest Solutions and they were so helpful over the phone even just their knowledge on our situation (mice) and how to remedy it put my mind at ease. I felt like I was dealing with true professionals and it was not just a sales gimmick. I agreed to the 12 month plan they have. They sent Kevin out the very next day. Kevin communicated his arrival time and was so professional. He actually stayed for awhile and checked every single spot on our home both inside and outside. He set bait traps and any questions I asked he had educational responses. I’m happy we went with Green Pest Solutions and I’m more happy they sent us Kevin and now I feel good about a situation that has kept me up stressed many nights.
