Good afternoon, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the termite monitoring stations around the exterior perimeter of the home all showing no activity. The exterior rodent bait station in the back was empty. I replenished this station with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I also applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways, windows, deck and eaves. Targeting stink bugs and other general pests trying to enter this time of year.
