Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the exterior rodent bait station in the front and it was empty. I replenished station with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. I also removed any visible cobwebs from doorways and windows. Avoiding the areas currently under construction I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation, doorways and windows.
