Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I applied a liquid residual solution to the exterior foundation, doorways, windows, eaves and under the deck. Targeting general/seasonal pests that may try to enter this time of year. I also inspected the exterior rodent bait station behind air-conditioning unit and it was empty. I replenished this station with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
