Good afternoon. Today we completed your quarterly pest control service. First, we inspected the exterior of your home and removed cobwebs from entryways. We also checked the exterior rodent bait stations to find heavy activity in both. We refilled both stations with new bait. Next we treated the exterior of your home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pests. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any treatments to reach maximum effect. We do recommend trimming any vegetation that is touching the foundation/siding back 12-24” from the house to help control pest activity.
