I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways and windows targeting general pests trying to enter this time of the year. I also inspected the exterior rodent bait station behind air-conditioning unit showing minimal activity and the interior mouse bait station inside enclosed patio was empty. I replenished both with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
