Good morning, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I applied a liquid residual solution to the interior perimeter of both second floor bathrooms and basement where accessible targeting silverfish and spiders. I applied a different non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways and windows. Targeting general pests that may try to enter this time of year. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations on sill in plate in the unfinished areas of the basement and both were empty. The interior stations on the left and right side of garage door both showed no activity. the exterior bait station on the right side was also empty. I replenished these stations with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
