Good afternoon Kelly. Today we completed your quarterly pest control service. First, we addressed the sound you’ve heard in the wall. We checked up in the attic, and unfortunately the attic is not floored so we could not enter. However we did place 2 mouse bait stations at the entrance. Then we checked the mouse bait stations and snap traps in the basement to find no activity, along with spot treated with a residual insecticide for general pests. Next we inspected the exterior of your home and replaced bait in the existing rodent bait stations due to heavy activity, and added an extra bait station to the chimney side of the home. We did notice signs of a good amount of squirrel activity in the mulch and soil which could be what was in the wall. Last we treated the exterior of your home with a liquid residual insecticide to help control general and seasonal pests. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any treatments to reach maximum effect.
