Good afternoon. Today I completed your quarterly pest control service. I started off inspecting the exterior. Noticed a lot of debris against the side of the house. Recommend moving it back at least 20 feet from the foundation to reduce the conducive conditions for rodents and other pests. I then inspected and replenished the exterior bait station which had moderate feeding. I then applied a liquid treatment to the exterior foundation to help control seasonal pests.
