Hello, today I completed your quarterly service. I applied a liquid treatment to the foundation and around doors and windows. I checked for wasp nests and anything that may attract flies. I didn’t find any wasp or bee activity. Flies are attracted to decaying organic material, I recommend having drains cleaned out as well if they are the smaller fruit flies. I also checked the bait station outside. Most of the bait was eaten and I refilled it with fresh bait. No termite activity was found in the termite monitors.
