Good afternoon, my name is Mark and it was pleasure speaking with you. I’m here to perform your your first Premium Pest Control Service. The service entails removing visible cobwebs around entryway, treating the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, (if there’s one) and eaves with a liquid residual application. This treatment will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, spiders, general pests, and stink bugs. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment have its full effectiveness. I also inspected the exterior& interior bait stations for rodent activity. Both exterior bait stations were empty and none of the interior bait stations had activity. I placed an interior bait station in the crawl space, one behind the furnace, in the furnace closet, and one in the laundry room, on the side of the dryer or the washer. I replenished the two exterior bait stations with fresh bait to maintain , control and monitor the rodent activity
