Good afternoon, today I was here to perform your quarterly pest control service. I inspected the interior mouse bait stations underneath kitchen sink and under utility sink both showing no activity. I applied a liquid residual solution to the interior perimeter of the home including bedrooms, bathrooms and closets where accessible. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, doorways, windows and deck targeting spiders and other general pests trying to enter this time of year. The three exterior rodent bait stations all showed moderate activity. The mouse bait station on left side of front door was empty and the station on right side showed moderate activity. I replenished all stations with fresh bait to continue monitoring and controlling rodent population. Please allow up to two weeks for the best results of this treatment.
