Good morning, my name is Mark, from Green Pest Solutions. It was a pleasure speaking with the both of you. I’m here to perform your Quarterly Pest Control Service. The service entails removing visible cobwebs around entryway, treating the exterior perimeter, window & door trim, the deck, (if there’s one) with a liquid residual application. Furthermore, I treated the bathrooms and window trim in each room in the house, with a different liquid residual treatment. These treatments will assist in controlling pests activity, such as, ants, boxelder bugs, centipedes, crickets, spiders, general pests, and stink bugs. Initially, you may see an uptick in the pest activity, don’t be alarmed, this is normal. Please allow two weeks to let the treatment have its full effectiveness. I also inspected the exterior & interior bait stations for rodent activity. The exterior and interior bait stations had no activity, but I still replenished them with fresh bait to maintain the control and monitoring of
