Today we completed our quarterly pest inspection and treatment services. We went around the house and knocked down cobwebs and spiderwebs while refreshing the exterior rodent bait station which showed heavy signs of rodent activity. No rodent activity was detected in the garage at this time. We treated the exterior perimeter, eaves and window trim with a liquid residual to help prevent ants and general seasonal pests.
